The Job:

We are looking for an EHS Advisor to join a well-known pharmaceutical company in Hatfield. This is a permanent position.

About the Company:

The pharmaceutical company is a key player in the industry, specializing in research and manufacturing of therapies in areas like oncology, neurology, and pain disorders.

Location:

The role is based at the company's site in Hatfield.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of HSE are maintained throughout the site, including manufacturing, production, R&D, warehousing, and administrative operations.
  • Manage and improve the company's EHS system.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH diploma and solid knowledge of health & safety laws.
  • Environmental qualification and IEMA associate membership (or equivalent) with good understanding of environmental regulations.
  • Previous EHS experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (experience in other GMP regulated manufacturing will also be considered).
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining EHS standards.
