CK Group are recruiting for an EHS Advisor to join a pharmaceutical company at their site based in Hatfield on a permanent basis.

 

The Company:

Our client is a leader in pharmaceutical research and manufactures therapies across oncology, neurology and pain disorders.

 

Location:

This role is located at our client's site in Hatfield.

 

EHS Advisor Role:

Your main duties will be:

  • To ensure HSE standards are maintained to a high level across the site covering manufacturing, production, research & development, warehousing and administrative operations.
  • The management and continuous improvement of the company's EHS management system.
  • Leading internal audits and inspections.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring EHS policies.
 

Your Background:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A NEBOSH diploma and strong knowledge of health & safety laws and regulations.
  • An environmental qualification and associate membership of IEMA, or equivalent education, as well as strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Prior EHS experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing (other manufacturing environments will also be considered such as chemical manufacturing or other GMP regulated manufacturing).
  • A track record in successfully implementing and maintaining EHS policies and standards.
