Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Cancer Nurse led Lymphoedema team. The team are Macmillan professional therefore have access to external funding and training opportunities.

We are looking for a compassionate, organised, experienced nurse to join the Cancer team, working within the Lymphoedema team and maintaining the strong links with the Cancer MDTs.

To support the lead Clinical Nurse Specialist providing specialist advice and treatment for Cancer patients and carers regarding Lymphoedema treatment and management Provide a specialist outpatient service, including assessment, planning and delivery of Specialist Nursing care Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist knowledge to further a quality service for patients with lymphoedema Contribute to specialist nursing advice within the Trust Support the lead CNS with coordinating links with national lymphoedema interest groups to support good practice To participate and contribute towards related research programmes which have been formally agreed by the Royal Devon University NHS Foundation Trust within the limits of time and finance Promote and participate in appropriate audit and quality programmes Participate in and promote professional development, including updating knowledge and practice in the management of Lymphoedema

Working Pattern: hours per week, Monday to Friday. Condensed hours over 4 days will be considered
