Eyfs Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant who has experience working with children with SEND / SEMH needs.

The role will involve working with a number of SEND children in EYFS who need a bit more 1:1 support.

The children require continuous support and the teaching assistant must be comfortable working with the children on a personalised curriculum if required.


The main aspects of the role are:

  • To provide support and guidance to the pupil by removing barriers to learning
  • To support and facilitate change and transition
  • To be a consistent support to avoid any further disruption
  • To be an active participant in supporting the timetable in all it's different contextsIdeal Candidates will:
  • Have experience supporting learners in an EYFS setting
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be highly advantageous
  • Level 3 Qualified
  • Be resilient, dedicated and reliableCandidates who have experience or are interested in opportunities within the SEN sector will be subject to Premier Education's stringent vetting procedures including referencing as well as a registration interview.
