We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Reception with SEN at one of our partner schools in Northwich.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a lovely primary school with excellent facilities and a supportive leadership team. The role offers a competitive pay rate and a chance to make a real impact on the education of a child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a pupil in Reception with SEN
  • Work as part of a professional team to deliver interventions to small groups of children
  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment
  • Plan activities to ensure each child is working towards the early learning goals
  • Use strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months' recent classroom experience in EYFS/KS1/KS2
  • Ability to work well with teachers as part of a professional team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of delivering interventions to small groups of children
