We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronic Trading Risk or Technology Product Manager to join our team and lead the product management efforts for our electronic trading risk platform.

As the Electronic Trading Platform Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a cutting-edge platform to mitigate risks associated with electronic trading activities.

This role requires a deep understanding of electronic trading data systems, governance routines, market structure, and risk management principles.

Product Management:

Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for the electronic trading risk platform, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing enhancement.


Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including risk managers, the FLU and IT teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for the platform, ensuring alignment with risk and business objectives.


Platform Development:

Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, oversee the development process, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.


Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to electronic trading risk management, ensuring the platform remains compliant with relevant regulations.


Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the platform, collaborating with QA teams as needed.


Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end users on the functionality and usage of the platform, addressing any questions or issues that arise.


Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the platform, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as necessary.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications, to support platform implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Proven experience in electronic trading, risk management, and product management roles within the financial services industry.

Excellent understanding of electronic trading systems, order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), and algorithmic trading strategies.
Familiarity with financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and MAR, pertaining to electronic trading.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
Record of successfully managing complex projects and driving innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
