Client Services Executive for our client based in Bury St Edmunds where you will support the directors in a variety of tasks as well the internal team.

In your role as Client services executive, you will assist all new employees' photos, website biographies,signatures, and renewing parking permits as well as complete general administrative tasks.

This role of client services executive is a busy and varied role where you will have to be highly organised, possess excellent written and communication skills and haveexperience of working in a busy varied position.


The Role:

  • Liaise with the marketing department to ensure all documents sent externally are consistent with the brand
  • Acting as the first point of contact within the office, meeting and greeting all guests
  • Assisting with the organising and management of all events including corporate entertainment, monthly corporate lunches, AGMs, charity fundraising, staff parties, and social events.
  • Assisting with online campaigns, website and LinkedIn.
  • Managing databases
  • Send all payment statements to the relevant shareholders as and when requested by the project manager.
  • General housekeeping duties. Clearing and organising the kitchen, reception area, and meeting rooms, replenishing kitchen supplies
  • Diary management including organising and preparing for meetings, booking travel and accommodation and organising personal appointments
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting the Finance Team with admin tasks
  • Opening and distributing daily post. Franking post at the end of the day.

The Person:

  • Strong experience administration experience
  • Well presented
  • Ideally some online marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible team player
  • Highly organised and selfmotivated.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and experience with databases
  • Capable of working within a closenit team, albeit with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence processes.
