We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our
Student Support Team to deliver great customer service and administrative support to our students and wider academic staff.


Job Role:
Student Support Administrator


Base Location:
Norwich, Norfolk, UK


Job Purpose:

To ensure that all students receive a comprehensive support service from Unitas.

Accountable to
Business Manager

Role responsibilities

  • Data input of student information, assignment scores.
  • Ensuring our Learning Coaches receive timely information on student progression
  • Preparing information for Unitas Partners including Universities and Awarding bodies
  • Ensuring systems are maintained and up to date at all times.
  • Use of various IT software packages, including databases.
  • Preparing and distribution of student packs and materials
  • General administration and support to other members of the team

Desirable Skills


We are looking for an enthusiastic person, with a good attitude and a willingness to learn, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional in pressurised or challenging situations.

To work in a team, as well as on your own, and the ability to be self-motivated.

Experience of working in Higher or Further Education, or of studying at this level

Experience of administration associated with the delivery of Apprenticeships, including compliance and quality assurance processes

Essential Skills
English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or above (4-9)

Working hours are :00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
