This University is a diverse educational establishment where they promote healthand wellbeing for all their staff and students.
Your New Role (Duties and Responsibilities)
Your main purpose of the role is to deliver projects on behalf of the energy and engineering teams.
In this role, you will be identifying energy saving projects through an assessment of a metering system. You will be developing businesses cases for energy saving projects. You will need to design small schemes and may need to use external design teams.
You will need to procure contractors and ensure they promote health and safety, deliver projects to a high standard and completed within the given timeframe.
You will be monitoring completed projects and provide management reports on effectiveness. Liaiseand support the Engineering Manager, Sustainability Manager and other affected stakeholders.What You'll Need To Succeed (Skills and Experience)
You will need to have a proven track record of delivering and managing engineering projects.
You will need to have a bachelor's degree in relevant field. You will need to have knowledge in project management,energy management and energy saving schemes.
You will need to have previously delivered energy projects that have met their energy reduction targets.
