My client is based in Preston they are highly reputable in the area and pride themselves on its excellent customer service achievements and thrive to set themselves apart from the competition with their customer focused attitude.

As an Accounts Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • processing a large volume of invoices through internal systems
- preparing and raising supplier payment runs
- maintaining the ledgers ensuring all discrepancies are resolved
- conducting bank reconciliations
- preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- preparing reports and other adhoc finance duties

  • Selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Successful Applicant:
