Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative at Longmoor Camp in Liss Hampshire.
As the Site Operative, your main responsibilities will include maintenance and cleaning tasks on the estate. You will be part of a small, dedicated team that prides themselves on their work. No previous experience is necessary, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
You will need to work flexibly for a 37-hour week, between Monday and Sunday, with some weekend shifts. This is reflected in the Variable Days Allowance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of accommodation and camp facilities
- Statutory and Mandatory checks
- Occasional assistance with ground maintenance
- Completing relevant documentation using IT and paper-based systems
- Carrying out any additional tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Team player attitude
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Valid full driver's license in the United Kingdom (essential)
