HR Associate Job Overview:

Join AWE as an HR Associate within the Talent Onboarding department. This role involves providing efficient and precise administrative HR services, ensuring exceptional customer service levels and adhering to agreed service standards. Ideally suited for individuals with a solid background in administration aiming to gain exposure in the HR field.

Location: Reading / Basingstoke area
Salary: Up to £23,360 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate onboarding services for new hires
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels

  • Handle HR documentation ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Update HR Information System accurately and efficiently


Requirements:
  • Solid educational background with proven literacy and numeracy skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint
  • Experience in a service-oriented team handling administrative tasks
  • CIPD Level 3 certification would be advantageous


This role supports hybrid working arrangements, offering flexibility between on-site and remote work. Any considerations regarding hybrid working will be discussed prior to commencement. It is mandatory for the successful candidate to operate from a UK-based location and not from overseas at any point in time. All candidates must be eligible for and maintain the necessary security clearance. UK citizenship is a prerequisite for application.
