Estate Agent Sales Progressor

  • Are you passionate about sales progression in the real estate industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an established independent Estate Agency as an Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Sales Coordinator.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary of £30,000 plus office commission, with potential earnings reaching £36,000 to £40,000. Work Monday to Friday in a supportive environment.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with Sales Negotiators to drive sales to successful completion. Manage communication with various parties involved in the sales process.
  • Ensure timely progress by coordinating with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, and other stakeholders. Verify documentation and contracts to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking candidates with prior experience in Estate Agents.

Skills:

  • Demonstrate resilience, drive, patience, motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Enjoy a competitive salary package with added incentives. Work full-time on weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
