Exciting Opportunity for an Aftermarket Coordinator

Howden Compressors Aftermarket Department are looking for an Aftermarket Coordinator to join our busy team based in Renfrew.

About the role

As Aftermarket Coordinator you will be responsible for the following

  • Prepare quotations for spare parts, replacement compressors and service work based on customer demand with technical support from Customer Support Engineers.
  • Process sales orders on to AX ERP system in accordance with customer specification.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date with order schedules, delivery times and all other order related matters.
  • Liaise with internal departments on all issues relating to customer orders.
  • Support Customer Service team with travel arrangements and logístical support for shipment of spare parts.
  • General administrative duties including processing timesheets, expenses, invoicing / credits.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with all associates in the Aftermarket department and additional teams within HCO
  • Work within the guidelines of Aftermarket and wider HCO process and procedure.
  • Interact with all aspects of Howden Business Excellence (HBE) supporting cost reduction, efficiency, delivery and Quality improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company environmental, health and safety standards in compliance with company policies to ensure a safe working environment and the minimisation of environmental impact.
This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week.

  • To be successful you must have_
  • Previous experience within a role that requires strong customer focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • It's a bonus if you have (but not essential).._
  • Previous experience with AX ERP and Infor CRM (or similar systems)
