About the Role:

As an Apprentice Chef De Partie, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional dining moments.

Your extensive background ensures the consistent preparation of dishes that reflect the hotel's unwavering commitment to quality.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute culinary tasks with precision and finesse, following standard recipes for exceptional results.
  • Guide and support junior team members to facilitate their growth and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Adhere to food safety standards, prioritizing health and safety to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and stay abreast of industry trends.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a dynamic culinary environment.
  • Proficiency in baking, cooking, and grilling techniques, with a quick grasp of new recipes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and guests.
  • Familiarity with manual handling and safety regulations.
