Rokers is a fast-paced, fast-growing business specialising in animal feeds retail. We are looking for a friendly and energetic warehouse supervisor to join the team.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
  • Take delivery of goods
  • Check for damaged or missing items
  • Move stock around by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck
  • Pick and load orders for customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Load goods for dispatch (some jobs include delivery in the company van)
  • Keep records of stock and dealing with goods in paperwork
  • Keep work areas neat and tidy

Skills and experience required:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Full clean driving licence (essential)
  • A proactive cando attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Forklift licence an advantage
  • Retail experience an advantage
Includes weekday and weekend work. The role will involve spending most of the time on your feet and also requires lifting. It is a very physical job, the successful canditate will need to be very fit.

42.5 hours per week, including weekends.

Start:
Immediate.
