Warehouse Supervisor

Rokers is a fast-paced, fast-growing business specialising in animal feeds retail. We are looking for a friendly and energetic warehouse supervisor to join the team.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities include**:

- Lead and motivate the warehouse team in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
- Take delivery of goods
- Check for damaged or missing items
- Move stock around by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck
- Pick and load orders for customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Load goods for dispatch (some jobs include delivery in the company van)
- Keep records of stock and dealing with goods in paperwork
- Keep work areas neat and tidy

**Skills and experience required**:

- Great customer service skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- A proactive can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Retail experience an advantage

Includes weekday and weekend work. The role will involve spending most of the time on your feet and also requires lifting. It is a very physical job, the successful canditate will need to be very fit.

42.5 hours per week, including weekends.

Start: Immediate.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
