Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our M&E and Civils projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in M&E and Civil Engineering.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Lead project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the M&E and Civil Engineering sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
