This Children Looked After Team Manager role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.
Children Looked After Team Manager Responsibilities Include:
You will be responsible for quality assuranceGate keeping reportsProviding frontline supervision to social workersAttending court when neededOversight of court work, adoption work, and CLA children.
Reporting directly to the OMAttending management meetingsRequirements / Experience preferred:HCPC Registration1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industryEnhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)Eligibility to work in the UK.
