NHS Support Worker,


Vacancy for a Health Care Assistant to join a multi-disciplinary team, working in the community, in the Liverpool Locality Team.


Working as a member of the multidisciplinary mental health team the post holder will be responsible for assisting in the provision of care for service users.

The post holder will be carrying out care plans including social inclusion, benefits, housing, ADL's. signposting and will have access to qualified staff for guidance and advice but will mostly be working autonomously.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£10.60-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
