We have an exciting opportunity to join the Youth Work Team and to continue the development of our youth work delivery using the Mobile Bus.. This post is to continue to develop and deliver high quality youth work in villages in the Somer Valley area, where the Bus has consistently been used to deliver youth work. The post holder will work closely with the Parish Councils to develop youth work in their communities. YCSW has an existing youth work team that delivers youth work in many different locations. This post will be part of this team.
The role involves developing programmes of youth work that meets the needs of the young people. The successful candidate will also be managing, developing, and supporting a small staff team along with volunteers. Leading on youth work sessions using the Mobile Youth bus and managing the running of those sessions along with managing the Mobile Youth Bus. The office base will be at Radstock Youth Centre.
