Job Overview:


We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to be part of our small team working in our Bradley Mill Warehouse.

Damart operates a monthly sale for colleagues and customers to purchase Damart products at value prices.

You will be responsible for ensuring Bradley Mill clothing and footwear stocks are stored neatly, unpacked, hung and stamped as required and displayed attractively on the shop floor as well as driving stock between our two sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tidying the shop floor after sale weekends; sorting clothing rails and footwear tables and replenishing with new stock ready for the next monthly sale.
  • Loading and transporting stock items and boxes between the Bingley and Steeton sites.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe & well organised; refilling the backup stock area and generally moving stock around using cages and FLT equipment.
  • Working closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure the best offers are in place for the sale.
  • Protecting and maintaining company property (including stock, equipment and premises) within Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Make suggestions for areas of improvement to daily processes and put forward ideas to increase productivity and sales.

Skills and Experience:

The role requires the operation of forklift trucks, so an up-to-date FLT license is essential as is a full, clean driving licence.
