Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to assist our Stores Controller. The role involves handling goods, preparing orders, and maintaining inventory records.
Role Description:
- Pick and pack chargers and ancillary equipment to be shipped on a daily basis to our team of installers nationwide
- Process incoming stores, checking off against orders made and delivery notes
- Process, pack and dispatch return stores to charger manufacturers and installation partners
- Update inventory records accurately
- Complete regular stock checks of stores on site and those held in the field
- React quickly and accurately to changing requirements
- Work to a right first time ethos
- Complete other stores related administrative tasks as necessary
- Provide a first-class customer experience.
- Uphold our five-star customer service reputation
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse role would be highly desirable
- Ability to lift, load and offload sometimes heavy stores containers
- Customer focused approach to all work
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn other IT systems highly desirable
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience working independently and in a team
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work
- Accurate data entry skills
- Highly organised
