We are recruiting a Sales & Commercial Co-ordinator to join our Internal Sales team at our manufacturing site in Manvers, Rotherham.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cepac to contribute and support our ongoing success.

  • Supporting our external sales team, you will also assist with preparing costs, quotations, and collating specifications.
  • Liaising with our internal colleagues and our customers for their deliveries.
  • Monitoring our warehouse stocks for efficiencies and ensuring aging stock is minimised, calculating customer price movements i.e., PPI/Indexed contracts and our thirdparty processes for systems accuracy.
  • Running scheduled reports to ensure accurate controls are in place and dealing with general administration within the team.
  • Proven experience, working in a customer services or sales related role
  • An ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and efficient
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • High level of initiative and selfmotivation
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook
