A bespoke wealth management services provider is looking for an Administrator to join their team based in York. This is an exciting opportunity for an Individual looking to work in a dynamic environment at a prestigious firm.


As administrator you will be ensuring the smooth operation and organisation of the business, performing administrative tasks to a high standard whilst also acting as the face of the company, meeting and greeting clients at the door.


The role:

  • Answer the phone, transfer calls, take messages etc.
  • Meet and greet clients at door, set up meeting rooms tea / coffee etc. organise lunches if needed
  • Typing as required
  • Open mail distribute / scan
  • Print off mail merges, letters, documents when required
  • Post frank post etc. stuff envelopes at busy times
  • Christmas Cards / mail merges etc
  • Making up Application packs
  • Access to CRM for clearing debits

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive individual with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
