Role Description:
In this position, your responsibilities will encompass seeking out new business prospects, identifying potential opportunities, nurturing important prospect connections, and overseeing the entire business development and solution design process.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesnCultivate and foster strong, impactful relationships with senior management figures within the prospect's organization, third-party influencers, and Firstsource.nDemonstrate the ability to provide clear insights into the target market and prospect landscape to the broader Firstsource team, ensuring that we grasp the full spectrum of European prospect opportunities and approach them proactively.nMaintain the effectiveness and relevance of the strategic sales and prospecting plan, ensuring successful execution.nTake the lead in securing sales campaigns and winning new business opportunities within the client base as directed.nEnsure that all negotiated contracts are thoughtfully structured to deliver lasting economic value to Firstsource.nEnhance visibility at industry events to bolster the development of the Firstsource brand in Europe.nMake efficient use of CRM software, deliver effective prospect reporting, and execute the prospecting strategy with precision.nTravel within Europe as necessary to prospect for new business, build a targeted prospect list for Europe and cultivate a credible pipeline of new business opportunities, to secure at least one new client within 12 months.

Over 10 years of experience in relationship sales, focusing on the sale of intricate solutions to large organizations, while leveraging professional account planning and sales planning techniques.n8 years of expertise in managing commercial relationships with significant account clients and engaging effectively with senior management at executive levels.
The ideal candidate should possess service delivery experience and showcase a practical comprehension of customer contact management or process management.nHaving offshore outsourcing experience is advantageous.nDemonstrating a proven track record of fostering robust customer engagement and satisfaction (the ability to provide references from existing customers would be appreciated).nExhibiting a solid understanding of the UK & Europe economy, particularly within the Tech, Telco & Comms sector.nExuding confidence and a high level of professionalism, complemented by strong written and verbal communication skills.nDisplaying meticulous attention to detail, self-driven initiative, and a desire to lead and shape the prospecting strategy in the Europe.nPossessing adept relationship development skills, effective at all levels within both third-party entities and within the Firstsource organization.
