We are searching for passionate Learning Mentors to help students overcome challenges and succeed both academically and personally in one of our Slough schools.
They are looking to appoint a Learning Mentor to ensure pupils undertake a pre-prepared lesson during a teacher's absence, support students and work closely to support the pastoral and curricular systems both operationally and administratively.
~ 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks)~ Permanent

As a Learning Mentor, your primary role will be to provide individualised support to students, promoting their emotional well-being and aiding their academic growth.
Assisting students with SEN to set and achieve personal and educational targetsBe a positive role model, helping students build confidence and self-esteem
Work closely with teachers, parents and other learning mentors to create a comprehensive support network for each student
Experience in SEN, challenging behaviour, coaching, or youth work is also highly desirable
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of young people
