If you're a skilled stores operative with varying skills across driving various plant equipment including forklifts and using varying machinery with a background of working within the agricultural industry, and arable crop varieties then we would love to speak to you Due to the nature of this role being highly seasonal you must be willing and prepared to work evenings and weekends during seasonal peak periods.

This role will entail:

  • Monitor and control of all stock movements across the site
  • Operate control panel and LV fans
  • Monitor produce in silos and flat stores
  • Temperature checks
  • Checking for contamination from insects
  • Operate the mobile plant without supervision
  • Undertake stock level checks
  • Loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Ability to fault find any issues within the plant
  • Undertake minor maintenance tasks
  • Operation of driers safely and efficiently

What we need from you:

  • Able to work to strict timescales
  • Flexibility for working additional hours during the harvest season
  • Basic maintenance skills
  • Experience of driving various mobile plant
