  • Providing coaching, leadership, and motivation to the dedicated team of Support Workers.
  • You will help induct new team members and ongoing mentorship and support.
  • Carry out supervisions.
  • Ensuring the welfare and safety of the young people you support.
  • Keeping all documentation up to date and accurate.
  • Undertake Sleep in Duties and waking night duties and on-call responsibilities.
