This is how you WOW:

Provide scheduling and administrative support to internal and external customers; including general customer service, invoicing, cost estimations, reporting and processing / managing of service contracts in CRM ensuring the delivery of a world class service experience Liaising with external and internal customers in relation to service request progress and updating CRM accordingly Scheduling of work for Field Service Engineers adhering to customer's contractual time scales Investigate and resolve Service invoice queries and raise supporting credit paperwork as required Submit all Service related work orders to SAP accurately

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

GCSEs at Grade 4 (Grade C) including English and Maths Experience of administration in a busy and demanding environment Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels
