Little Victories is a coffee focused, airy plant filled cafe near the Harbourside in the Wapping Wharf area of Bristol.

We've been around for 7 years and seek to deliver exceptional coffee, with great service in a supportive working environment.


We are currently looking for a full time (or 2 part time) Barista to join the team at Little Vic's.

Around 38-40 hours over 5 days per week, or split between two good part timers.

At Little Victories, we offer specialty espresso and pour over, as well as a selection of cakes and sandwiches.

We believe in a casual, yet professional and attentive approach to service, where we really get to know our customers.

We challenge ourselves to consistently deliver exceptional quality and service every time, whilst remaining a fun place to work.

What's required:

  • Between 25 shifts a week depending on whether you're parttime or full time.
  • Interest in and a passion for coffee
  • Barista experience in a high volume environment preferred
  • Professional but relaxed & friendly approach to service
  • A real people person with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality
Part time roles consist of predominantly weekend shifts, with rotating day shifts to allow for weekends off.

We can be flexible around availability but would expect part timers to be available 2 in every 3 weekends at a minimum.

Full time roles we aim for closer to one weekend on, one weekend off. Daytime shifts start from 7.30am weekdays and 8.30am on weekends. We seek rotate weekend work fairly around the entire team

Some shifts have nice early finishes (2-3pm) or late starts 10-11am.

The cafe is open 8am to 5pm, Mon - Fri & 9am to 5pm a the weekend.

We offer a starting rate of £11 an hour, additional training and industry certifications will be offered. Coffee and lunch are offered free of charge when working.
