The Conifers is a residential home for 29 adults with learning difficulties and we are currently looking to fill 1 post for a staff support worker working evenings and weekends, start / finish times to be discussed at interview.


Applicants must hold valid identification such as a provisional / full driving licence, passport or other photo officially recognized id for us to complete a enhanced disclosure check before employment can start.


Must have good communication skills and be able to work as a team or on own initiative and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include;
supporting service users with all aspects of physical and personal hygiene showing them dignity and respect at all times.

maintaining full and satisfactory records and reports as required.

some domestic duties will be required for the night staff role.

undertake any duties consistent with the overall purpose of the post.
