As our Care Coordinator, you will be working alongside your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and healthcare workers.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work well under pressure and cope with a fast-paced working environment, that can change in an instant.

Every day you will
- Be the initial point of contact for both our clients and clinical staff by fulfilling routine and complex requests and offering support were needed.
- Ensure clients clinical and social needs are met by having selected and maintained the best nurses or carers for their needs.
- Planning rotas and making decisions on nurses' suitability for particular shifts and availability.
- Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with Clinical Quality Commission (CQC) requirements in a timely manner.
