YOUR ROLE


As a Junior to Middleweight UX/UI Designer, you will help shape and visualise new developments and product updates, aligned to agile delivery principles, as well as forming product knowledge in the prop tech space.


What you'll be doing:

You're a visual communicator. You will present design decisions and demonstrations, as well as supporting the team in defining user cases, story development and acceptance criteria; rationalising user needs from user pain and opportunity points throughout the project

You're a team player. You will help cross-functional teams build and operate with strong user empathy developed through a robust approach to concept development and testing

You'll have an eye for detail. You will ensure our products are an outstanding visual representation of our iamproperty brand and maintain the standard of bringing the brand experience to life through our portfolio

You're creative. Create designs at all levels of fidelity, e.g. sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs that meet requirements and deliver creative and meaningful end to end experience

You're a collaborator. You will work closely with our Product and Development team to answer questions/provide relevant information providing ongoing support and sharing best practice

You're reflective. You will regularly accept feedback to iterate and optimise user personas and user-facing interactions and conversions

GOT SKILLS?

What are the top things you'll bring to the role?

  • Experience working in a UX/UI role or similar (Experience Designer, Interaction Designer) ideally with a knowledge of concept development and user testing best practices.
  • Creative problemsolving skills; empathetic and open minded to solving user problems.
  • Experience of using Adobe XD/InVision or other wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail in both documentation and design work.
  • Confident in presenting your design work to elicit feedback
  • Understanding of design and development in an agile environment
  • Passionate about design and building the right thing, in the right way, to provide the right experience and tell the right story to the market, our customers and stakeholders.
