Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Delight:

Embrace the role of AMAZING OUR guests with a smile, ensuring an efficient service at all times.

Provide a superior standard of service by serving with enthusiasm, efficiency, and a touch of cinematic flair.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, turning complaints into opportunities for delight.

Be the go-to person for film information, performance details, and our latest promotions.

Implement upselling techniques with finesse, making every guest's experience memorable.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate between the cinema and diner Team to ensure our guests are treated to delectable delights and impeccable service.

Work hand-in-hand with fellow backlot cast and management to ensure the seamless running of operations.

Health & Safety Steward:

Champion health and safety, following regulations and policies to create a secure and enjoyable environment.


Undertake cleaning activities with gusto, ensuring all areas, from the front of the house to the cinema seating, sparkle with cinematic charm.


About you:

  • Bring a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanour.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both cinema and restaurant teams to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to business changes with a positive attitude and maintaining composure during peak periods.
  • Prioritise and adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of both guests and team members.
  • Exhibit quick thinking and effective problemsolving abilities, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Salary:
From £6.70 per hour
