Responsibilities:

  • Completing billing information using accounting software producing ad hoc invoices
  • Dealing with all fee ledger transactions and credit control
  • Completing payroll administration for all departments
  • Setting up new records and issuing invoices within a set timescale
  • Checking fees are correct and completing yearend processes
  • Ensuring correct information and payments are made to HMRC, pension providers and other statutory bodies
  • Update guidance notes on the payroll database
  • Participate in projects to develop payroll processes and databases

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in a similar position (Essential)
  • AAT qualified/ Payroll Qualification (Desirable
  • Experience dealing with confidential information (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Organised and efficient
