Young Adult Part Time Support Worker/Driver essential with access to reliable vehicle with business insurance.

Rate of pay:
£12.00 per hour plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave
Working hours - 7 hours per week.
Do you have experience of supporting others in the community?
Are you a good listener? Helpful, outgoing, enthusiastic with a "can do" and "happy to help" attitude? A chatty, cheerful, person who likes interacting with others?
We are looking for a support worker on a Thursday evening and a Saturday. Thursday evening to accompany a young person to Centre Stage in Kilmarnock. On Saturday she also enjoys going to the Cinema, bowling and going to build a bear.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To assist the young person to access the community. Take part in hobbies and interests and make friends.
Support with trips (e.g. to the cinema, build a Bear and bowling as required).
Make sure the young person is safe at all times and report any concerns to her caregivers/parents.
Two up to date Reference contacts are required one of which must be from a present or previous employer.
In addition, a new PVG enhanced disclosure will be required prior to appointment (disclosure cost to be met by the employer).
Probationary Period attached, 6 months to this post. During this period, either party can end the employment by giving the other one weeks' notice.Please note Ailn are not the employer we just work on behalf of the employer
