We are looking for a Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead to join a dynamic Global Healthcare Organisation Your main mission will be to boost growth in the International Private Medical Insurance Division by establishing strategic partnerships, enhancing efficiency, and promoting collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing partnerships with insurers, MGAs/MGUs, and reinsurers.
  • Structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to evaluate business impacts and develop effective solutions.
  • Handling project challenges and risks.
  • Supervising the launch of new partnerships and ensuring smooth processes are established.
  • Driving ongoing enhancements in processes and controls within the Corporate Development team.
  • Backing group-led strategic initiatives.
  • Advocating for global business transformation, exploring and embracing alternative solutions for optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen and expertise in building and substantiating business proposals.
  • Proven track record in analyzing and discussing contracts and commercial conditions.
  • Knowledge and mitigation of business risks.
  • Demonstrated success in handling strategic partnership implementations.
  • Proficiency in international medical insurance and/or reinsurance partnerships.
  • Experience in devising and executing new strategies.
  • Outstanding organizational, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
