As our host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Organize bookings and manage deposits efficiently.
• Maintain general salon standards, working collaboratively with the team.
• Manage stock and stationary inventory, including placing orders as needed.
• Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Update website and social media platforms to keep clients informed of promotions and services.
• Create and manage staff rotas to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness and tidiness standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting client needs.
• Assist the team with various tasks,when required.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT and confidence in using digital tools.
• Prior experience in the hair and beauty industry is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor, even during busy periods.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle situations calmly
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and taking appointments
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
