  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as towels, toiletries, and coffee
  • Empty trash containers and remove dirty linens for laundering
  • Ensure all guest rooms are properly stocked and in good condition for guest arrival
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and courteously

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or as a room attendant is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour


As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
