Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for dynamic and forward-thinking newly qualified and experienced midwives to join the established team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals Foundation Trust. Applicants should have expertise in all aspects of midwifery care, including antenatal care, labor support, and postnatal care. The role involves providing high-quality midwifery care across all areas of the maternity unit. Newly qualified midwives will receive support through the preceptorship program.

Main duties of the job:
- Employed as a rotational midwife, working across all clinical areas.
- Rotations may include labor ward, maternity theatres, midwifery-led unit, and maternity inpatient ward.
- Opportunity to rotate to the Maternity Outpatients Department and Community Midwifery.

Qualifications:
Essential criteria:
- Registered Midwife with active NMC PIN.
- Experience in mentorship or relevant mentoring activities.

Desirable criteria:
- NIPE certification.
- PMA certification.

Knowledge:

- Understanding of national healthcare directives.

- Knowledge of safety and risk management.

Experience:

- Demonstrated expertise in all clinical areas of midwifery practice.
