Event Coordinator

London (2 days in the office hybrid working)

The role:

We are seeking a seasoned, imaginative, and highly proactive individual to offer hands-on events management support within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure event delivery aligns with the organization's KPIs and Marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to shape event briefs.
  • Liaise with IT and Facilities teams for seamless event execution.
  • Manage relationships with event suppliers and clients.
  • Oversee event budget management.
  • Work with the marketing team on event marketing plans and website content.
  • Prepare post-event reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in organizing both live and virtual b2b events.
  • Ability to handle and take ownership of multiple projects.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end event logistics.
  • Commercial acumen in negotiating contracts and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated capability in enhancing events based on feedback to boost ROI.
  • Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and setting event objectives.
  • Strategic thinking to drive marketing and commercial goals through events.
  • Proficiency with Airmeet virtual event platform and Cvent registration system.
