What are we looking for in this position?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director and to manage our new office in Victoria Street. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an office based position, with no options for hybrid or remote working.

What will we need you to have?

  • You should have previous experience as Executive Assistant to CEO, Managing Director or similar positions
  • You will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • You will also prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
  • You will handle confidential information with discretion and serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • You will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with office management tasks; like managing supplies, inventory, and basic administrative tasks.
  • You should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • You will perform office management tasks, ensuring smooth operations by handling administration, coordination, vendor relations, and event organization. You will also maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
