Job Description:

As the Head of Reservations, you will oversee the reservations process, manage the team, and uphold a high standard of customer service. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficient and accurate bookings, optimizing table allocations, and enhancing guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the reservations team, offering guidance, training, and support for high performance and professional growth.
  • Supervise the reservations process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling all bookings.
  • Develop strategies to maximize table occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor and manage reservation systems to ensure they operate effectively.
  • Handle VIP and special reservations with personalized service.
  • Cooperate with the management team for special events and promotions.
  • Resolve guest complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze reservation data, prepare reports for management, and offer insights for improvement.
  • Maintain guest relationships, ensuring preferences and special requests are fulfilled.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in reservations management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Reservations Manager in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in reservations software and systems.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
