The role involves coordinating and supporting assessment centers and recruitment processes under Resourcing Officers' supervision.
Working closely with Resourcing Management and Recruitment Managers, the post holder ensures a professional and cost-effective recruitment service with compliance to employment legislation and best practices.
Main Duties of the Job
The recruitment team, dedicated to patient care, plays a crucial role in our organization's functioning. We are looking for efficient Senior Resourcing Assistants to join our team and provide top-notch recruitment administrative services.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory for this role.

Job Description
1. Undertake end-to-end recruitment administration for staff joining the Trust.
2. Assist in organizing assessment centers as directed.
3. Focus on exemplary customer service and building effective relationships.
4. Conduct additional checks to expedite recruitment risk assessments.
5. Follow up on outstanding employment check clearances.
6. Manage workload using the recruitment management system.
7. Prioritize and complete work in accordance with deadlines.
8. Act as the first point of contact for pre-employment check queries.
9. Ensure completeness and accuracy of new starter documentation.
10. Handle requests for higher salary justification for new starters.
11. Maintain recruitment information in the HR system and ensure compliance with policies.
12. Provide advice on recruitment processes within the Trust.
13. Investigate and resolve queries and complaints.
14. Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
15. Collaborate with various recruitment leads on projects.
16. Manage social media presence and report effectiveness.
17. Provide training and support to Resourcing Assistants as needed.
