Benefits Administrator

* Immediate start
* 3 to 6 months initial contract
* Salary up to £40k
* 3 days a week in the London office I am working with an exciting global technology firm who are looking for a benefits administrator to support the team on an initial 3 to 6 month temporary contract. You will be responsible for administering benefits internationally for 27 countries and will also have the chance to gain exposure to US benefits and some strategic work. About the role: * Leading the administration of benefits internationally.
* Ensuring all joiners and leavers information is uploaded into the HR System.
* Leading and managing the relationship with benefits and pension providers.
* Supporting the Benefits Specialist on wider project work.
* Communicating the benefits programme across the business.
* Ensuring all benefits and pensions payments are paid on time. About the candidate: * At least 1 year experience in a HR Administrator or Benefits position.
* Experience working with HR Systems.
* Pro-active attitude and quick learner.
