Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Compensation and Benefits Administrator. In this role, you will be providing crucial support to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and the rest of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and contribute to the smooth operation of the payroll department.

  • Data entry for new starters, leavers, and transfers
  • Processing employee changes across various payrolls
  • Assisting with statutory calculations such as Tax, NI, SMP, and SSP
  • Supporting benefits administration tasks
  • Reconciling invoices and handling timesheets
  • Producing reports and assisting with audit processes
  • Acting as a point of contact for the payroll team and responding to queries
  • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, and post handling

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing payroll and reports
  • Proactive approach to ensure all tasks are completed on time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (flexibility available)
