Our client, a leading children's charity, providing support vulnerable children and young people across the UK are looking for a number of Wellbeing Practitioners to join their new Open Access CYP Mental Health Service in West Yorkshire.
You will be working with a fantastic team and will be supporting them in introducing and delivering their groundbreaking CYP Emotional Well Being model across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
This will include working closely with a range of professionals and local services and supporting Children and Young people with low level mental health needs in their centres, schools and community services.
The role will include supporting Children and Young People ages 0-25 who are experiencing low level mental health issues.
Synopsis of duties:
· Providing specialist support and advise to Children and Young People who need support with their mental health
