About Our Client:


Our client is based in between Grantham and Newark and it has recently moved to new state of the art premises.

It has an extremely friendly and supportive finance function.


You will be working as part of the credit control and billing team of 4, and will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Running monthly billing reports
  • Processing any billing updates and changes in Sage 200.
  • Building & maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing weekly invoice runs & adhoc billing, such as utility billing
  • Processing credit notes and rebilling
  • Leading monthly billing review meetings with nonfinance and finance stakeholders

The Successful Applicant:

- must have some experience of working in finance
- must have great attention to detail
- will have experience of using Excel
