One of the cornerstones in our HSEQ Policy is to reduce or eliminate risk, which can cause work related illness, incident, or injury to our employees and those we work close with.

Our HSEQ department works also in close cooperation with our clients' safety department, in order to find ways to make the wind industry a safe place to work.

We are expanding our HSEQ team with a further professional HSEQ Coordinator with focus on GWS offshore projects.

TYPICAL DUTIES

  • Write the annual sustainability report
  • Support on ESG initiatives, such as update materiality assessments, work on scope 3 initiatives such as supplier assessments
  • Be part of setting environmental targets and track their performance during the year
  • Track environmental (waste, energy, water, CO2 from fuel from service vehicles, CO2 from plane trips)
  • Develop and roll out environmental campaigns (newsletters, posters, Eloomi videos)
  • Drive environmental improvements based on the HSEQ strategy (eg. planting trees)
  • Support the Academy with knowledge about chemicals, material and waste handling
  • Admin the QM365 system (system updates)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Environmental Education (Bachelor level)
  • Experience from other industries
  • Commercial understanding
  • Project management experience
  • Environmental management experience
  • Ability to focus on details
  • Results orientated
  • Ability to create an overview of data
